How to buy

How to buy a ticket:

1.   You have entered the website www.ticketpro.ee. There are two ways for buying a ticket. You may either click the “WEBSHOP” button at the top left of the screen (see item 2), or the event icons below.

If you select an event icon you are taken to the event page. On this page you can go forward by clicking the button “BUY TICKETS" or "Tickets". Next you need to log on.

2. To access the Webshop please enter your user name, your password and check the box “I agree with the commercial rules". If you are using the Ticketpro’s Webshop feature for the first time you need to register.

2.   After you have logged in you have two options for finding the desired event. (If you initially chose the event icon, you already are in the desired event section. Proceed to item 3):

a.   If you know the title of the event just enter it in the search engine and press the button with the magnifying glass image:

b.   Another option is to find the desired event from the list of events below, and click it:

3.   After you have selected the desired event a new window opens, which offers two options for buying a ticket:

a.   Automatic system. The first option is to click the arrow for the suitable price range and select ticket/tickets. In such case the system automatically selects the best seats for you.

b.   Manual system. When you click the link “Show seating map” you can choose the seats yourself.

4.   When the venue plan opens you can choose the desired seats by clicking on them. All necessary legends (which seats are vacant and which are not) have been shown next to the venue plan at the top. After you have selected the seat a black square must appear in the seat, and the chosen seat is indicated on the right. If the selection is correct, click the button “Add to basket”.

5.   Before you start payment check the tickets in your basket. If you have made an incorrect choice, you can remove the tickets from the basket either one by one, or all together. If the selection is correct, click the button “PAY”.

6.   Before making the payment you need to select the tickets delivery mode, and the type of bank (shown in the red box) and after that click the button “CONTINUE”:

7.   Before entering the Internet bank check once again that all the sums are correct, and then click the button PAY.

8.   After you have made the payment it is IMPORTANT that you click the button BACK TO MERCHANT, because this confirms your payment!!!

9.   After you have confirmed your payment you can download the E-ticket from your Webshop account. To do this you must have logged in, and there is a button “Download E-ticket" under the link "My orders". If you have chosen to have your ticket delivered by courier, in such case the ticket/tickets will be sent to you to the previously registered address.
